The o ly thing was when trying to renew my policy I got to the part were the bank needs authorisation to pay, the page wasn't complete, it took me four goes to autherise the bank to pay which got very frustrating.

Not recommended…
Took them almost a week to check the requested documents. Those vere uploaded on the very first day I opted in for their insurance. They don't like the insurance renewal letter as the proof of no claim bonus and also demanding the paper counterpart of the driving licence. I told them I can't find the original I got 15 yes ago and DVLA didn't issue new one when I got my renewed my plastic card which I had to after 10 years and when I moved to a new address. They want me to contact DVLA to get one. That's no longer required on the mainland UK since 2014 but it is an NI thing. When I told them that I want to withdraw from the insurance they demanded a hand written notice and they'll charge 31.50 The insurance should go live by the end of the month but demanding money for withdraw and for a hand written notice (when you opt in online) doesn't seem right. I smell something dodgy here

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers. We do regularly compare the insurance market and find we are in line with all other insurers and do aim to provide our customers with the most competitive quotation we can.

Do not use this car insurance company
Do not use this car insurance company. Absolutely dreadful!
Would give no stars if possible. Initial quote went up after they did not add all information I had given them. Have been trying to cancel for 3 days. Impossible to contact as online chat only available until i asked for telephone call back. I have just been told that i will be deducted £36 for cancellation even though the insurance policy is not due to start until 2nd February 2024. My refund will apparently take up to 45 days to clear.
Appalling service.
