Worst company ever
Worst company ever, check out my previous review. Ive cancelled my policy on 4 June, still waiting on my refund despite it being within 14 day cooling off period.
I tried to ask for my money back AGAIN TODAY and the customer service agent ended the chat and closed the conversation. I have taken screenshot as proof.
Looks like i'll have ro pursue legally.

The worst dealings with an insurance…
The worst dealings with an insurance company I ever come across never in my life have I had so much nonsense you can only talk online portal and hours of 9-5 and they simply drop of at 5 from portal I genuinely never come across worse avoid at all costs.

Just awful
Just awful. I have been trying to make amendments on my policy but it won't let me. .i.e the birthday of my husband was wrong and it won't let me change it and changing the dates for my new car also won't be let me. Can't email anyone or phone , have to wait for the stupid live chat. It's making my experience with them very difficult

Do not go with this company ive been threatened with cancelation notices 15 20 times since I took out the policy. I bought a new car and they wouldn't insure it they tried to cancel my policy then because they wouldn't insure me. Then I received a call from them this morning they were telling me if I didn't top up my miles they were canceling the policy when my old car is broken and not even driveing absolutely disgusting staff they throw the book at you for everything .DO NOT PURCHASE A POLICY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!.

Black box draining battery
My daughter had a black box installed which drained the nearly new battery overnight. Had boxes installed on other cars in the past with no problems. They attach the box directly on top of the battery directly to a live wire rather than to ignition and under dash. This drains the battery constantly. Even after one night the battery is dead. Contacted them on chat and even sent photos of botch work were the box is just sitting loosely on the battery. Was told to get proof from an independent garage proving that the box was draining the battery. Car just sitting in driveway now insured but useless. Cheap quotes for a reason.

THE WORST motor insurer out there
THE WORST motor insurer out there. They will not continue my cover for a courtesy car while my car is the garage. Every single change, conversation costs money. There is no way to contact them only by chat. No email to send a complaint. They won't cover me and so I want to cancel my policy they are charging me extortionate prices to cancel (1 day outside 14 day window) basically I'm 15 days in and they are charging me 50% of insurance cost to cancel. I intend to follow up but be warned they are not credible and definitely not trustworthy.

Incompetent company
By far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been driving cars an buses for over 30 years so I’ve had quiet a few insurances , you can’t ring in you can’t even email them, eventually when i asked for a call back on the live chat the women was rude and useless so if your thinking of getting insurances avoid this one .
I mean what company has no one you can ring an talk too, I find it hard to believe you are still going, so I will be telling all my friends an family do not go with this company.
Perhaps change your name it’s not for no one 😡

You actually get to speak to a person!
All personnel were very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My quote was very competitive. Their chat online works very well and I only waited a few mi minutes before it was my turn.This is my second year with the company

You can't just pick up the phone to…
You can't just pick up the phone to renew your policy and pay your premium. They sent me an e-mail with a quote valid for 30 days however it was very difficult to actually renew and pay for this quote - a rather long winded on-line chat followed by a long phonecall. The girl who phoned me after the on-line chat was very pleasant and was (eventually) allowed to honour the quote.

As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Renewal was cumbersome and I had to attempt it several times due
Renewal was difficult and required several attempts due to technical difficulties.
Price was reasonable, but went up when paying by instalments!
