Disappointing Renewal quote
I have been with this company for several years for car insurance and my renewal this year was £1245. Double from last year. I contacted them to see if they could give me another quote and they offered me £1100. None of my details have changed in 4 years but they really weren’t interested. Got insured with another company for £550 - big difference. Maybe they are only interested in new customers!!!!

Extremely difficult to amend Policy
Trying to change anything on your policy is an extremely difficult. I am almost a week trying to get a quote to add a named driver (who has full license and own insurance) to my policy and still no closer told to come back Monday. I have 4 months left on my policy so considered cancelling and just taking out a new policy with someone else but with all their "charges" it works out that I would get 0 euro back. I am due with Twins any stage over the next 2 weeks and my boyfriend is not insured on my car hence adding him as a named driver but no sense of urgency with this company whatsoever. Never again will I take a policy with these.
Just to note I have been using the live chat every day and the online advisor just kept saying they are waiting to hear back and tell me to come back the next day. Went on live chat today again and they had an answer today so were able to complete my request over the phone. Not sure why it took a week but it is now resolved.

I got a quote for renewing my…
I got a quote for renewing my insurance. I then spoke with someone on web chat and got a new lower quote emailed to me. Tried to purchase the new quote on the email. Was pit through to my its4women account and the original quote was there. The more expensive one which I had to purchase !!!!!

4⭐️ because I like to be able to speak to a Person and no matter how hard I try it seems impossible with Its4Women. I eventually had to go round to my daughters to get her to sort my Insurance out - would prefer to sort it without having to bother someone else.

In the end after a few messages I did…
In the end after a few messages I did get I thought a fair price. Although after I had paid last Monday, Martin Lewis was saying Car Insurance should be down 18 percent? Not for me.
