This needs investigating!
Wrongly locked out of my online portal (only contact) days after purchasing TWO policies! Hassled for information already provided, then threatened with cancellation. Will be contacting Financial Ombudsman Service. Would implore others to do so.

Cheapest car insurance for me a 1st time driver. Also very helpful staff when on the phone. I actually renewed my car insurance with them as again they were the cheapest around.

Worst insurance company I’ve ever used
Worst insurance company I’ve ever used. Very unprofessional, The online system is rubbish and the staff have no idea what they are doing . They hounded me for documents I had already given them. Froze me from making any adjustments or even viewing my policy documents and when I wanted to temporarily swap my car the insurance over on my car they made me write a statement asking them for permission that would then go to a panel to be decided on (no one even care back to me on it) Absolute joke of a company. Saved a little money and got so much hassle. This is a small joke of an insurance broker, pay the extra and go with a proper professional insurer. Would recommend this is avoided at all costs.

Do not take insurance with this company for a young driver - I insured my daughter for her 1st insurance and paid £1800 in full. Since that we have had several emails asking for documents and even when uploaded that they were blurry or another proof of address - so stressful for a 17 year old to deal with - I rang them and spoke to Heather after several chats with Kirsten online - I am on the verge of cancelling as this customer service is the worst I have experienced in over 30 years of driving - Avoid them

We cancelled the insurance within the…
We cancelled the insurance within the 14 days cooling off period and was charged 89 euro of my over cost. This company held back 89 euro. They are a disgrace and reading other reviews I wish I had have checked here first. Stay away from this company would be my advice, they are a disgrace. I will be taking this further

I had my own financial services company…
I had my own financial services company for thirty years and I can only say my current experience with gosetgo is by far the worst I have encountered.Last Saturday I tried to phone 5 times only to find number unrecognisable. The website said office open till 5.00 so I decided to make 3 hour round trip to make sure relevant documents were received on time. When I arrived I found that not only were the premises closed but that it was only a mailing address where mail was collected so I deposited relevant paperwork. On Monday of this week I received an email saying they needed copies of both my wife's and mine paper driving licences and again proof of no claims bonus which had already sent. On Tuesday of this week I sent this information by recorded delivery and received another e mail yesterday Wednesday saying proof of no claims bonus should show car registration I phoned my previous insurance company today but they said they can't do that but if gosetgo phone them they will confirm I have just received an email from go set go to say they are going to cancel my cover .This has been a nightmare and I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs
Things have not got any better have been cut off twice during live chat.
If there is a living human being out there reading this from get set go would they please ring Swindon car insurance and they will confirm my no claims bonus and car reg on the phone.There is no point supposedly trying to contact me about this as Swindon can't give this to me

AVOID❌ never in my life have I came across an insurance company like this in my life!!!!
Constant threatening emails about cancelling my daughters policy!
Uploading documents after documents
Then still be threatening to cancel
The fella came out to fit black box won’t do it Cause windows in car tinted!!!
Told us policy would be cancelled so currently waiting on getsetgo email is to say wether this is gonna happen
Insurance policy paid in full £1069❌ being told that there will be a cancellation fee so basically they are gonna charge over £300 fir car insurance from 2nd July till the 27th July‼️ absolute disgrace
It’s not myself cancelling the policy so I should be entitled to my money.times are hard enough without a company ripping the people off!
So BEWARE folks I wish o had of paid an extra £300 to a reliable insurance company instead of these pack of cowboys!
So my daughter will have no insurance by tomorrow.and she drives in her job.
God only knows when we will get money back

Poor after sales
Took a policy out with ease for my son which was great but circumstances changed and had to cancel the policy after only a week or so. That was 13th June 2023 and I'm still waiting on a return premium! No way to contact them online after policy cancelled and despite numerous messages left for MCL InsureTech accounts team no contact from them. Next stop FOS!

STAY AWAY!!. Wow what a REGRET giving them my money…
Wow what a REGRET giving them my money the worst company ever they don't have a phone number so you can't get in contact with them and they also don't take emails!!!! ??? My mistake I went cheap and didn't check this company out but at least this review will warn others before they choose them. REALLY BAD customer service.
