My third year with Get Set Go
My third year with Get Set Go , fantastic customer service always ring you back when you need to speak to them as there is no phone line , which some customers might find a bit off putting because sometimes you need to speak to someone but you send a message and someone always promptly returns a call and premium always cheaper than anyone else and great cover . All customer service agents are helpful friendly and l have only had very positive dealings .I am very happy with Get Set Go would recommend to my friends

but if you need them due to a claim or to contact them. what a joke . they may be cheaper but customer service is a joke and you are better off paying a little more to get a service when you need it.
would not go with them if it was free

All claims are handled by the claims department directly with AIG. In relation to contacting us, as we are an online insurance company our preferred method of contact is our Online Chat Facility. This can be accessed via our website and allows you to speak with an advisor instantly. Call back requests can also be facilitated through this medium.
