Time consuming disaster of an experience
Do not take out car insurance with this company. Their processes are outdated and you can never speak to a human and spend hours sitting on a chat system . Their instructions of what information they require is unclear. Very time consuming and frustrating experience with this company. Dont be fooled into thinking you are saying money you will use up a significant amount of your time trying to deal with them that will cost you more in the end. Very poor service and a sign of how they would deal with you should you ever need to claim from them if the experience is like this when trying to actual take insurance out with them

In regards making a claim, all claims should be done directly with AIG claims team and you can find the contact number for them on our website in the contact sections.

I got my insurance for a really good…
I got my insurance for a really good price,comparing to other companies it saved me a lot's of money.They installed the telematix device in the car and its monitoring my driving,which keep me extra avare to keep the speed limits.
Renew my insurance online took few minutes.It was an easy and fast way to do .I am happy with this insurance company.

NO Customer Service phone number
Logging on to my account, having purchased my car insurance from Getsetgo for a number of years, the last policy available to view was from 2020, which meant I could make no changes to my currant policy, to use a substitute car while my own was being serviced. The website was of no help, online chat actually told me it couldn’t help and of course, no contact number! Appalling, so sorry I have already purchased my car insurance with Getsetgo again, this will be the final year ! Not one phone number for customer service help, very poor service.
