Top notch product . . . and customer service!
I have used Stencil to create online posts for probably about a year. The product is amazing, and allows me to knock this task off with some speed.
Yesterday, I ran into a glitch in formatting the post . . . a glitch I've never seen before. After consulting the FAQs, I sent a note into Support, fully expecting it may well be a day or so before I heard back.
Imagine my surprise when within an hour, I had an email response. Through email we "troubleshot" the problem and I was able to fix it on my own. By bringing it to Stencil's attention, they figured out the glitch was actually on their end . . . and they were able to fix it for all. Before I fixed the problem, they were willing to get on Skype with me to troubleshoot.
All the way around, from the product to customer service, they are 5 stars. In an age when C grade customer service is the norm (if you're lucky) this product and this company stands above all others!
You can't go wrong.

Saving me time, energy and money!
Saving me time, energy and money! After 2 years "fighting" with other onlinetools, I finally got it! It could have saved me a lot of wasted money, time and energy if I had known it before. Stencil has a quick and personal costumer service and the practical tools are excellent with high speed and performance. I LOVE IT and highly recommend it!

Professional results, time saver!
Love it, use it almost daily, such a time saver and inspiration. Great for professional looking Social Media & presentations, endless choice of pictures, icons, etc.
Highly recommended - must have utility for anyone who needs to bang out creative stuff on short order. (Especially if you're not a professional artist / designer.)

Stencil is an excellent design tool with great customer support
Stencil is an excellent design tool. Its support department is equally awesome: helpful, quick to reply. They hopped on Skype to check out an issue I was having and find a solution to it; are open to tweaking the platform in response to customer feedback to make it even clearer and even easier to use. Highly recommended.
