Tech was helpful with setup. Antenna didn’t work when used inside a metal box (recreational vehicle). Return process, so far, seems a little difficult.

What I needed with cable bill…
What I needed with cable bill increasing was great to find. The add ins were nice, but wish they were included with the original device listing. It’s a marketing tool to increase sales, but confusing if your having to decide piece by piece.

Poor reception and could not find programming on my television.
Yes, I tried to get this thing to work via the instructions provided. Unfortunately, i could not get very good reception and I am close to 2 major cities on the east coast. I ran through the programming on my television.And it stated that I only could pick up about eighteen or nineteen channels. Then I could not find the channels anywhere on my television outside of the channels they already have.
