I’m not one for leaving positive reviews, good services is generally what we all pay for. However having purchased a propagator for her indoors for Christmas, and wrongly putting it together, Helen and the customer service team were right on it. Prompt response to my email followed by a back up call a few hours later.

First time purchasing and was very impressed with the items sent, the quality of the packing and the speed.

I ordered right before Christmas, so genuinely wasn't expecting the items until a few days after 25th, however, the package arrived on 24th.

I'm always loathe to order propagators by parcel delivery, as I've had several smashed in the past, and seeing the way the delivery drivers throw parcels into and out of vans, it's easy to see how the damage occurs. However, although the top of the external dome from the three I ordered was slightly scratched, the internal packing was a great job, neat, tidy and very secure.

The items all seem to be of good quality, and I'm pleased to report that the heat mats have helped germinate my first batch of chilli seeds already.

Will definitely use again.

I am giving this review based on the customer experience I have had with GHEDIRCT LTD . I have place an order for a ph pen and they mixed up the order, when I realize they have send out the wrong one I call them and explain they told me leave it with them and they sort it out the next day. I have received the correct pH pen the very next day . The management and staff at GHEDIRCT LTD was understanding very apologetic and sincere so my thanks goes out for they professionalism and very good customer service.

Very impressed with how the order was processed and information on delivery, as it was a present I cannot comment on the product but was impressed with ghedirect, and will use them again

I have used these guys previously and like before, swift dispatch of goods, excellent quality of goods and excellent communication via Hellen in customer service. Technical knowledge available also. One stop shop for all your gardening / horticultural needs.

The item that arrived was not the same as the photo on the website and as it is a very large garden tray that needs to be repackaged and returned it's a job I could do without this time of the year as well as waiting in for it to be collected. I am disappointed that the photo on the website was not accurate.

The order was acknowledged and dispatch was notified by e-mail. The delivery schedule was very quick and exactly as communicated in the e-mail. By the end of the transaction I really felt like a valued customer. That doesn't happen often these days well done GHE!!

Haven’t yet received my ordered items though they were expected yesterday, message said they were delayed. Thought they would come today but no information. Tried ringing APC at 3.15. No response ? Finished for the weekend.

Have to report that I did get a notification of delivery and they arrived within that time slot by a very pleasant driver. Haven’t opened the packages as they are a Christmas present. So alls well!
