Great company! Good prices and a very fast delivery service. Your goods when they arrive will undoubtedly have fragile tape on the outside of the plain brown boxes they are delivered in. Even if you could build a house with the contents, it’ll still have fragile tape on.
When you open the box, pretty much everything will be bubble wrapped. Once you open the bubble wrap, if you’ve ordered any fluids, they will also have helpfully taped up the cap just in case it could possibly leak. These are all good things by the way!

Loved my orchid pots, very good for price. Shame they didn’t get delivered to my address by overnight courier. I had to go looking for them and show home owner door photo to prove the delivery was for me not them. Not what I expected to spend doing on a Saturday morning.

The quickness of the delivery was brilliant. I've bought this tray for my indoor rabbit, it's used as his base. It houses everything he needs, hay, straw etc. He uses the rest of the bungalow to find places to chill and sleep. Really good price.

I've just bought a replacement grow light for my propogator. GHE were one of only a few companies that stocked the right light, and were cheaper than the others. The light arrived very quickly, very well packaged and in perfect condition.

We ordered a propagator for delivery and one of the plastic panels cracked along the journey. After a call to Helen, a replacement part was received the next day! You can't ask for better service than that - things do go wrong, but its how a company handles a problem that makes the difference. Well done. Highly recommended.

I’m not one for leaving positive reviews, good services is generally what we all pay for. However having purchased a propagator for her indoors for Christmas, and wrongly putting it together, Helen and the customer service team were right on it. Prompt response to my email followed by a back up call a few hours later.
