Brilliant service
Brilliant service, rapid delivery which is hard to come by.
My ph pen broke, ordered a replacement at lunchtime and by the following lunch time the new one was there. You dont get that with the other companies we all know that.

Customer service is second to none……what company do you know that remembers a conversation with a customer a year later and the customer’s first name off the top of their head! Gives a customer confidence they are listened to and inspires you to go back again and again.
