Superb Communication and Customer Service
I ordered from GHEDirect after being badly let down by another UK company. From start to finish their communication was excellent, the product was shipped out the same day of the order and arrived in perfect condition, no doubt to the way it has been carefully packaged ensuring that even a careless deliver drivers wouldn't affect the product. Thoroughly recommend and happy to support a small family run business.

my apologies Joss for the damage to your delivery, we try our best to ensure goods arrive in perfect condition. Having looked at the image from the delivery driver I can see that the box had been ripped slightly on the corner, it looks like the rest of the box was undamaged. My apologies again for the rip in the box, this must have happened in transit.

Thank you for leaving your feedback Vernon, whilst I appreciate your frustration that the courier company did not follow your leave instructions to the letter, I think its a little unfair to give our business a 1 star review when your order was placed over an hour after our 3pm cut-off, yet we got it packaged, dispatched and delivered to Scotland by 9.30am the next day - less than 24 hours from you placing your order. Your parcel was delivered to your house and left safely in your log store (although I recognise that is not the exact place you wanted it left). You made us aware of this error yesterday and we immediately contacted your local depot to put in a complaint on your behalf, and have requested that the drivers make sure they follow our instructions more closely moving on. We can only apologise again, this is not something that happens regularly as you can see from the many other reviews we receive weekly praising the couriers we use.

Just an extraordinary level of service. Tom rang a manufacturer for me to make sure I got the right product, always got back to me promptly, made me a video to show me how to programme the water timers I had bought and was unfailingly helpful, as was Helen.
