DO NOT BUY FROM GILLSMART - SCAM!! Ordered an air fryer that wasn't delivered. Emailed them, no response. Used on line'chat', no response. Phoned both numbers given: one is permanently busy, the other comes back as switched off. Their address comes up as TAAZA FOODS in Hainault. The payment taken shows on my statement as LUKATA LTD in Wellingborough. These appear to be authentic retailers. The courier they supposedly use is Parcel Shipper, run by JZA SERVICES LTD (a taxi company apparently), using AJS DELIVERY SERVICES LTD to deliver goods and which gives a contact as ETALON SHIPPING for queries. These all seem fraudulent. SCAM!!

Complete scam and if anyone wants to report this fake companies owner to the relevant parties the gentleman’s details are on companies house with his full name and home address

I recently attempted to purchase a tumble dryer from this website, but it turned out to be a scam. After taking my money, they provided fake phone numbers and disappeared. No product was ever delivered, and their customer service is non-existent. Beware and stay away from this fraudulent site!

Definitely a scam I think I ordered a fridge freezer luckily I never paid for it. Been trying to contact them with the numbers on the sjie no such numbers also emailed no response ,didn’t want to pay till I spoke to someone , glad I didn’t

Scam scam scam, don’t even bother. They also own another company called “tenancy tools” with the same address. You’ll get fobbed off with a 3 week delivery date and a fake tracking number. None of their contact numbers work either, just don’t waste your time and money people

I read their reviews and I’m worried about my order , that why I asked them to refund but they put my money back in day

Tried to contact them on the email given. They supplied two helpline telephone numbers. First number unobtainable the second number say that
If you use this number then you will be charged an unspecified amout.Screams as a SCAM but the organisation appears so professional

100 percent a scam i know becuse i was scammed for a new washing machine do not purchase a thing from this company. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS SITE DANGER 😡😡☠️☠️☠️

This does not look safe, do your home work . I tried to pay with Google pay website insisted I re- enter my details , for me that's screams SCAM . When it's looks to good to be true it Normally is .

This looks suspiciously like the fraudulent website that used the name Marsdenbrothers which offered loads of electrical products at lower prices but, didn’t deliver and disappeared. Nothing registered at Companies House.
Be wary.
