Very nice for me

A few years ago I ordered a piece of glass for a picture frame. It took 7 weeks to cut it and I had already purchased a picture frame for $9.99. you charged me $20 which I prepaid. You guys SUCK.

Glass castle was fabulous helping me to figure out the best glass configuration for a difficult small bathroom shower door. When the original door came in the fitter was not happy with how the company had cut the glass and on his own pointed out to me his dissatisfaction and he insisted on having it sent back and recut. I really appreciated his attention to detail and working to make it the best that it could be I maybe using them again for at least one possibly two more shower door installations

We felt well-informed and had a good experience when we were in the showroom and on follow-up phone calls to keep us informed. We were looking forward to the install of our glass shower door, the final step in our bath redo project! The product install went without a hitch, installers did a good job technically. However, they left bathroom rugs thrown aside and drill dust in the corners of the new shower pan, which we had to clean up. It may seem like a small thing, but a little more "customer care" would have earned Glass Castle 5 stars instead of 4.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. All our questions were answered and there was no high pressure salesmanship. Our door was ready even sooner than originally promised and it looks fine. The one sliding panel originally received was incorrectly sized, but a replacement of the correct size was fabricated, delivered and installed within one week. Not sure whether the error was made by the Glass Castle personnel who measured or by the factory where the panel was fabricated, but it didn't significantly delay our project.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I had two windows and a shower door replaced. I highly recommend them.

The shower door was not centered-it was off by a 1/2 inch-so it did not line up with the end of the tile accent in the shower area. It seems very obvious when you look where the hinges were secured to the wall...the tile accent extends a 1/2 inch. When the installers came back to see the discrepancy they argued with the contractor about the placement of the door...the accent tile extends past the door a 1/2 inch; had the door been positioned exactly in the middle of the saddle then the door and tile would have lined up perfectly...will unfortunately have to live with it!

Glass Castle's crew, from the measurements & design, to the installation technicians were consummate professionals and delivered exactly what they promised. They were on time and did not waste anytime with the installation and left the area spotless.

I will be remodeling my other bathroom next year and will not hesitate to call Glass Castle when it's time for my shower doors & panels to be installed ... I won't be getting other bids as I did with my master bathroom. I did get cheaper pricing, but did not get a call back or talk to a real person when I had questions that needed to be answered.

At Glass Castle I always & immediately got to talk to someone on the other end ... not a machine or being prompted for some option or another!

The guys at Glass Castle were extremely helpful in reviewing the options available for our new shower door. The installation was great, and the team in the front office were extremely responsive and focused on meeting my needs. The shower door looks great, and we have had no issues. My only wish is that the pricing be a little lower, but I have that wish about a lot of things in the home improvement market!

I was under pressure to get my shower complete. Dave was easy to deal with, always returned my calls and made sure the features I needed were correct. I had changed a bathroom design to include a bench in front of a window which required the glass to be changed. I did not know about a safety film that could be put on instead of changing out the glass which would have been cost prohibitive. Paul who came out to the house made sure I knew of this product, the specs were sent to me so they could be reviewed by the architect to make sure they met code and reduced my cost and stress immeasurably. Along with the specs for the film my shower was also drawn out showing me the exact layout and measurements of the frameless glass. The installation of both the safety film and the frameless shower were better than I could have hoped for. I recommend this company without hesitation and will be using them for the other two frameless showers in the house.
