Really enjoy using GlassCubes, it's an efficient way to keep all comms and files in one place and helps the email box getting too full and cluttered.

User friendly interface is straight-forward to navigate and the layout keeps queries and documents organised well.

The service is absolutely user-friendly and secure. It has also the phone application, which is so useful when you need to just quickly check something! It does not annoy with adv pop-ups or unwanted useless messages. It is a smart and easy method to keep everything on hand in this digital world. The design as well is very good looking :)

Glasscubes is a very useful work tool that makes document sharing easy for everyone.

Easy to coordinate latest drawings with wider project team and make sure no one misses latest updates/revisions. Discussion function makes sure everyone is aware of what is going on and latest changes to design etc

I run a small scientific consultancy business. We recently took on a project where the client requested that we exchange files and reviews using a central collaboration portal. We have shied away from these in the past because experience told us that collaboration sites were clunky, awkward to update and clients often found them confusing. We therefore needed to find a service that:
1. We could set up and get running very quickly
2. Was easy to use with a near-zero learning curve
3. Was affordable to setup and maintain
4. Provided a professional, easy to use portal that clients could pick up and use with zero effort. We needed an attractive and accessible user interface
5. Had excellent and rapidly responsive customer support in case of questions or suggestions.

To be frank, I was not hopeful I would be able to meet these needs ... and then I found Glasscubes! I asked for a demo, which occurred within 2 hours of my request. On the basis of that I signed up for a free trial and launched our personalised collaboration site the next day. Our clients love the site and have taken to the system without friction. During the time I was building our site I had some questions so contacted support vis the chat function and within 15 minutes had all my queries answered by a knowledgeable and friendly advisor. In short Gllasscubes ticks every box and then some.

This was three months ago. Our clients still love the site (which means we also love the site ). We will continue to use Glasscubes and expect to extend its use across our client portfolio.

I'm greatful that the interface it's easier to use and the information its organized on folders. The search engine really facilitates the location of certain information quicker.

However, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that sometimes the Glasscubes blocked the access for the members of the class and it was difficult to watch a video or lecture because we weren't registered on the platform or because the time expired.

I have used a number of similar different systems in the past, what I find great about Glasscubes is that you can simply drag and drop documents from your desktop to folders within Glasscubes. Learning to use Glasscubes is easy and I have been able to quickly master all the tasks I need to do and began to look at what I can do to make my life easier.

The Glasscubes platform has allowed me and the university where I study, to elaborate the school planning for the whole academic period in an efficient and dynamic way, in such a way that I can find the necessary material and resources to elaborate my assignments and activities.
In addition to this, it keeps me in touch with my teachers and classmates, since sometimes it is difficult to know who are in the group, the glasscubes is an excellent opportunity to meet them all.
In 2023, it was my first experience with the platform and I can honestly say that I have found it to be a fantastic option that the rest of the universities should start implementing.

I use Glasscubes on a daily basis. It is a great platform to manage multiple projects and client work processes. As a consultant, it helps me to present an organized plan of action, communicate clearly, and document all aspects of the project. The customer service is top-notch! I've used other similar products, and this is by far the most intuitive and useful.

Glasscubes provides a wonderful environment for sharing amongst teams spread across the globe and provides an excellent platform for our clinical collaborative.
