Glasscubes Avis 

I am using this to coordinate with External accounting firm for our annual audit and so far i have found this very interactive and with notification features, it keeps me on track with my outstanding tasks. I will highly recommend this.

The software is fantastic -- it has a lot of options/opportunities for uses and things to do. It is VERY easy and yet has deep and wonderful features. It far and away outclasses any other similar product, including Teams (SO MUCH EASIER AND MORE ROBUST THAN TEAMS!!!!) And the support staff are FANTASTIC!!!!

I have only been using Glasscubes for a short time but I think it is useful. It works well as a means to share meeting papers with our Board members but I have not yet explored all the functionality on offer. It does not have the smoothest user experience and is not all that intuitive to use but it serves our purpose.

extremely great software to remind our client about the information we require. The automatic reminders save us so much time.

I have only been using the software for a few months. Glasscubes is fairly simple to use, the more I use it the more I learn its capabilities.
Layout of screen is easy to read.
Not had to use the software support helpline so cannot comment on that.
Clients seem to find it simple enough to upload their information.

People will get notified straight away on glasscubes and by email when commenting or uploading work.

I've been using Glasscubes for 4 years as a combination of knowledge-repository, messaging manager, and tool for connectivity. I find it has a cleaner interface than the previous, sharepoint software we used. It also has fewer login issues. This last point is not trivial, as there are hundreds of us users, who log in from different parts of the world, and who belong to different institutions. If I had to recommend something like this to a colleague, Glasscubes would be top of my list.

We use this via our client and its a very convenient way to share files. secure and easily accessible. We have only scratched the surface with all its functions but thus far it has been a very useful tool for our business.

As a manager I truly appreciate the site as a way to reward my employees for exceeding expectations but also to see which employees are rewarding their co-workers.

This is a genuine review after many years of experience with the system/product & I would highly recommend it. I have been using & administering the system for over 7 years and have not had any glitches or downtime at all. The responses to queries and issues from the team is rapid and problems are resolved quickly. They are also open to additional features and development.
