I use to work here a while back

I use to work here a while back. I have to say it was the most draining, exhausting and most toxic work place i’ve ever worked in. The bullying in the store is worst for the actual employees then customers. Hr walkes around all high and mighty like they own the place. Don’t come here unless you like to get ridiculed. Don’t apply for here either. It’s not worth the anxiety or self esteem issues. i’m glad i’ve moved on to something higher with my life is way better with people who actually value my time, effort and energy. Don’t hang around 30 years old who only pecked in high school. You as a customer deserve better and so do the employees.

Worst customer service - EVER!

My daughter travelled 4 hours (return journey) to buy an item as our local store (1/2 hour away) was out of stock. The item was faulty - these things happen. It was the customer service manager "Nic" who was APPALLING. I sent photos of the garmet and she accused me of "bleaching" the item (without asking!!!) and then told me to go to a store and see if they will refund it but, and to quote "but you won't get a refund because you bleached the item". I did NOT bleach the item. That response was disgusting!! No wonder these guys have a 2.5 rewiew rating. If it was based purely on customer service and not product, they would be out of business! You're a terrible terrible human being Nic

Good but not great

Delivery was quick, and the quality of the items is pretty good. However, one item arrived with a dirt stain all over it, which is not great

Bought sale item online

Bought sale item online. Measurements do not align with what they provided on website so a size too small. Glassons staff member claiming 'no backsies policy' when I simply ask to exchange, as exception given fair trading/consumer protections. Now I am supposed to go purchase a tape measure and take a bunch of photos to prove. They can shove it at this stage.

The downfall of fashion.

Glassons is terrible quality, cheap fabrics, clothes that don't last, no sense of style or individuality. It is actually horrible walking into a Glassons store now, just another fast fashion chain choking the planet and killing individual style.

Bring a size 4 woman’s to glassons

I really liked glasssons and it’s cloths but my daughter wasn’t able to fit there size 6 because it was to big and I now a lot of people with that same problem so I recommend you bring a size 4 to glasssons
It will definitely be popular !!!!

I had a really disappointing experience…

I had a really disappointing experience at Glassons Cuba Street. I tried to return a top that had holes in it, but the staff couldn’t find my receipt on the app. I’ve been told before that all my receipts would be available there, so I didn’t keep any email or text — turns out that’s not true.

The staff member couldn’t find the purchase and told me there was nothing they could do. I was frustrated and felt like I was being treated as if I had stolen the item. I then called head office directly, and they were able to find the purchase and processed the refund immediately — something the store said they couldn’t do.

It’s concerning that the store couldn’t find my purchase, but head office could. This shows a lack of training or understanding from the staff. The whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I won’t be shopping at the Cuba Street store again. Staff need better training, and the app clearly doesn’t work the way it’s been advertised.

Staff are fabulous and the shop organised

I visited Glassons at Southland last week during school holidays and regardless of the fact that it was crazy busy, there was a young lady called Jaz directing traffic and organising everything/everyone. I popped in today to return a couple of items (and buy more) and asked for her name. Jaz is a HUGE asset to this store, pleasant, organised and efficient. The clothes are also great and turned over really quickly

Oh my gosh

Oh my gosh, please don’t buy the soft t-shirts or the tank tops that are $19.99 unless you don’t wash your clothes, these go bobbly after 1 wash! Even leaving them in your drawers they will go bobbly. Also the stitching will come loose, these tops are a nightmare. Do not recommend 😁

I feel scammed

I feel scammed. Bought and paid for my items online, received only some of them, and some were not even included in the list on the return slip (even though they very much were included in the price and in my order). Very unprofessional. When I reached out they refunded only one of the missing items. I reached out again and told them that I had to pay nearly 100USD taxes on import to my country, for goods I didn’t even receive and they told me “that’s not our problem”. How annoying to lose money on products I never got. Could have easily tried to make the situation better with a “sorry” or even a discount, but no, they were straight rude. Saw a kind review about Ana, and I’d have to disagree :)

Customer Service sucks

Customer Service sucks, you’ll talk in circles with the customer service agent and get no resolution. Save your money and shop at Ghanda or somewhere better.

Poor Customer service-Nic

Customer service provided by this old lady Nic via phone at Glassons is dismissive and unhelpful. And she claims she is customer service manager, which makes me really doubt if such rude person is customer service manager, then how trustworthy is this business. I lost my money this time, but gained a lesson to never purchase from them again.

warning tho the shirts can be a bit see through, other than that i have no complaints, cute stuff, not overprices,
pretty good overall.
However i haven't orded it online before so my experiences be different to someone who ordered online.

I wish to give Glassons Queen Street Auckland and in particular Ana a huge shout out. Ana went above and beyond sourcing an item of swimwear I was very keen to purchase. She sorted a transfer to Christchurch and kept me in the loop making sure that I received the item. Glassons are very fortunate to have such a friendly and dedicated staff member who made my shopping experience at Glassons incredibly positive. Thank you Ana - you are a super star. 🤩

Very disappointing experience

Aside from a cursory, and cheery, ‘hello’ when I first entered the store in Porirua at 2pm today, that was the sum total of the interaction with the 2 staff members on duty.
I tried on 3 tops and 2 pairs of pants. Not once was there an offer to put my items in a changing room or any kind of follow up once I was in the changing room. Did I want a different size or colour?… Nothing…
For the first time in many years I just left the items in the chancing room. The 2 staff members on duty were more interested in chatting to each other than asking if I needed any assistance. I left pretty much invisible and unacknowledged. Very very disappointing experience Glassons. In a time where shoppers are spending less I would have expected a little more interest and investment in the few of us who were still visiting your stores.
Do better Glassons.

The manager at dresssmart Glassons…

The manager at dresssmart Glassons Christchurch was extremely rude.I called them to check if the items I bought recently could be refunded and the answer was no refund but exchange.So I went to the store to exchange, but the manager said no exchange or refund, everything is final sale. soon she changed her mind but became more mean, asking me lots questions,I asked why she said no at first but now yes, I was confused, she refused to answer. The whole process was very unpleasant, I left without nothing being solved I couldn’t stand her rudeness and confusing return policy. She even yelled at me when I walked out the store.
