Worst customer service

I don’t know what it is about the girls in Glassons at Sylvia park, but I swear they all give mean girl vibes. I’ve shopped there a few times and every-time they all just either hate working there or they just choose to not give great customer service. I only came across one kind worker who was so lovely. One girl with short curly hair, had such a bad attitude that even I could feel and see it. I asked her one question about an item, and all she said was “i wouldn’t know”. I walked out so mad, I was close to going back and getting a refund.

Don't shop here online.

Purchased 4 singlets online.
One was advertised in the image as white. Turned up Yellow.
All four were supposedly an XL, and were so small that a small child could wear them. They were really short as well, like - cropped. Even though they weren't advertised as being cropped. I'm 5"9 and these expose midriff. Don't buy online. 10/10 would not shop there again. Pity we can't post photos on here.

rasict false accusations

Just had a terrible experience in glassons Sylvia Park! Me and my friend wanted to have fun and go shopping to distract from our bullying problem. As we walked into the store we immediatly got stares from this brown haired white girl surrounded by an army of horizontally challenged workers. They judged us and followed us around then accused us of stealing which we did not do! they made us strip and laughed in our faces - when we did nothing wrong!

The staff made me strip down as they assumed I had stolen something as the missed counted my items. There was 5 of them in the back room laughing at me as I did. They were all Maori and I was white

I shop with Glassons all the time! Over night shipping is a life saver for me. Prices are really good and clothing is great quality

Customer service + quality clothes

I recently made an order and typed in the wrong address, I commented on one of Glassons instagram posts and they very quickly dmd me and sent me an email to contact. I contacted them and told them the problem and they fixed it within an hour of my email!! I was so happy! Glassons is the best, their clothes are incredible and their customer service is on point.

Do not order from abroad

Paid 30$ for shipping but they make you pay fees for international deliveries on top of it, if you want your package delivered. This is crazy.
I was expecting to pay taxes (20% so around 9$) but paying almost 30$ DHL fees on top of the taxes is ridiculous for a 44$ order.
Why am I paying 30$ for shipping if it doesn't even include management fees of the delivery provider ? This is the worst experience I've had with online shopping these past 10 years.

Change glassons online style

Glassons online shopping need to change the way they get their models to model their clothing line. Slightly sleezy dont you think. You dont need to dress sleezy to look good.

Great Customer Service

Jieyi was absolutely amazing as she was checking me out today!! She was so sweet and bubbly, making conversation! She even gave me so much confidence after complimenting what i was wearing and what i was buying!!! Honestly such a lovely girl! i hope this reaches her!

Disappointed with glassons…

Disappointed with glassons and there product pages, descriptions and photos which are misleading. I have ordered from Glassons before online and have purchased instore without any issues previously.

I reside in the UK and decided to make an online order, I ordered all of my regular sizes which is Small for top, and Medium for bottom.

However if items are designed as oversized, Glassons does not make this clear in the description.

After ordering my regular sizes, ive been left with alot of items that are too big for me, which was misleading in the pictures also, as they did not show it to be oversized but it is.

I am a perfect size S on top and M on bottom for all other brands and including Glassons usually and my sizes have not changed.

ive been left paying alot of money paying postage and customs and because of the misleading photos and descriptions I'm now left with alot of unsuitable sized clothing, with a very expensive cost of £60 postage if i wanted to return for a refund.

I tried to reach out to Glassons about this but they have dismissed me. They dont realise how the misleading descriptions affects international customers. Ive wasted a lot of money on this order and because they will not resolve this issue fairly with me, I wont be ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, paid $30 for shipping then had to pay another $46

They said it was listed in FAQ that their may be extra charges but it did not mention that on the website I’ve checked the shipping FAQ and does not mention customs or extra fees otherwise I would not have ordered

I asked to cancel my order or get a refund for the shipping fee and they said they couldn’t because it was already shipped

Charging US customers more for clothes

Glassons does not alter the prices of their items to the correct amount in USD. If you change the currency, the price in AUD remains the same in USD. They are equating AUD and USD the same while also charging for freight.

Example: An item that is AUD$50 should sell at US$33 at current exchange rates. They are trying to charge at US$50.

They are pretty much stealing extra dollars from their US customers.

Their customer service team did not rectify this when I reached out
