Global Bike Avis 

I used Global Bike when I can. They carry a good stock and their prices are comparable to the big online sites but the bonus is they're extremely helpful on the phone.

It's good to support the smaller online retailers/shops especially when they offer a better level of service.

Their delivery is very quick as well.

Down-to-earth personal advice on the phone about product and frame sizing (bike purchase). Gave me a delivery estimate which was so quick that I privately doubted it -but arrived on the button. Bike fully assembled and packed like it was the crown jewels.

Ordered three products but only two arrived. Emailed the company and got an apology within 5 minutes. Missing product shipped out immediately. Making a mistake is not the problem, how you deal with it is what counts.

I was in the market for a new road bike with a budget of around £2000. Its the time when last years models subject to great deals.

Or so i thought, having contact many shops and suppliers having tried to do as much research as i could with my limited knowledge i would contact them looking for a bargin. All i ever seemed t get was no, its £xxxx and thats where it is staying.

With one last roll of the dice i contacted global bikes and found Rich. What a refreshing change, for the first time i was asked what i was looking for looking to do with it, budget and must haves.

Rich spent a day swapping e-mails with me offering advise and reassurance and even looking for a bike in a different colour. In the end i went for a Ghost Race Lector Pro.

What a great choice!! The bike arrived quickly on a day that suited me and the Di2 was set up, aligned and fully charged. I have had one ride on the bike so fa, its the envy of all my mates the DI2 is a great great bit of kit and is making waves with the guys i ride with.

Big thanks for bringing customer seervice back into cycling.

Big thanks to the team at Globalbikes for helping me secure the perfect bike. I called the team seeking opinion, on what would be best bike for me personnally. The team listened to my requirements then presented me with a list of options. I'm a relative novice to Mountain Biking and gererally stick to trails, with occasional XC stuff. I was like a kid in a sweet shop. Lots of choice.... Following Jim's advice I went away to reasearch frame sizes, to ensure I would be happy with the bike I was contemplating ordering. Later in the day after visiting a few shops in London I decided to go for the Ghost AMR 7500, after another chat with Jim. I ordered and paid by paypal at about 1400. The bike was with me the following day at 1030. Top quality service. The courier was excellent, I could even track my package all morning on the web and was even able to tell the Mrs it would be delivered, as I could see the driver pulling into our road. The bike was built, with just the handle bars to sort. The box it was very well protected - it took longer to remove the packaging than it did to fully get the bike road worthy checking all parts and getting the handlebars right. I am more than satisfied with the service and would recommend Global Bikes to anyone and everyone. The cherry on the cake..... the price was the best available too...... All in all a very happy customer. Thanks guys.

I ordered a cycle helmet online, unfortunately, there was a mistake and it was not available. I received a phone call to contact them asap. When I returned the call, the problem was explained to me and an alternative, far more expensive helmet was offered instead. It arrived a day later. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Bike was delivered quickly, well set up. Phone service was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a great experience, recommended.

Cycling jacket was delivered in a couple of days; all as ordered. Very good service and efficient website.

Good service, delivered well , however the bike had a small dent and scratch on the rear triangle, the package did say to inspect before xmas and return if required, but not really practical, just covered it with one of the stickers it came with.

Unfortunately the item I ordered wasn't in stock, however, I was quickly informed and refunded. I would shop here again

After a small glitch (Online order for a bike, but the last one had sold already!) I was offered an upgrade at a very competitive price, which I'm very happy to say I accepted. Delivery was super fast, Only the handle bars to assemble-easy, otherwise the bike was set up & ready to ride out of the box. I can't recommend Global Bike highly enough. I would give them 6 stars if I could & I will certainly be back for more.
