I ordered my helmet from Global Cycles as they were the best priced and had what I wanted in stock. They were quick to ship for free and made sure all the details were correct before doing so. Great service all round!

Excellent Service
Very impressed by Global Bikes. The price was the best anywhere on the internet, and the advice I was given over the telephone was impartial and invaluable. The bike itself arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and required no more assembly than attaching the handlebars. All in all I would rate Global a Bikes as having offered an excellent service.

Great value and good service
I bought some 661 shoes from the guys at Global bikes and was really happy with the product and the straight forward service. I had a good look around on the internet but couldn't find the product any cheaper anywhere else.

Global bike is one to trust. Great price and service
These northwave touring shoes I got are great value. My last pair of shimanos have lasted nearly 15 yrs so quite a difficult act to follow. But these seem more than up to it. A bit of a fiddle get access to cleat plate but apart from that can't fault them.

Great shop, fast free postage and no quibble returns
Bought a helmet from Global bike, price was around £10 cheaper than anywhere else.
Postage was free and fast!
Item arrived well packaged, unfortunately the helmet didn't fit me very well. I rang them regarding returns and the staff were friendly and helpful and asked me to post the helmet back for a full refund.
The refund was done really quick and was no hassle
Will be shopping with Global Bike again :)

I ordered a Urge Enduro-mati helmet and a Lezyne Hecto Drive front light.
The goods were very well price although I the delivery was slow until I sent them an email, they responded straight away to say that they had tried to contact me a few times and had left me messages as one of the items was damaged and they wanted to ensure I was happy with a replacement.......my fault as I had not updated my number on Paypal.
As soon as I confirmed I was happy they sent the items out and I received them the next day.
Excellent customer service and good prices. Need I say more?!

good value bike store
Delivered really quick and at the time stated, the bike however was set up rock hard and I had to pay to have it adjusted so a bit disappointed. Also the gears don't change correctly even though its XT throughout in the centre chain ring I cant use the lowest 2 gears as it grinds on the changer, so I'm going to have to put it in again. its a shame really as the purchase went so easy and the bike is excellent- ghost 7500

Rubbish service, I won't be using them again!
I ordered some Lezyne bike lights from them and paid by PayPal. I was expecting the lights to arrive when I received an email informing me that I was to receive a refund back into my PayPal account but no explanation as to why I was being redunded.
The money has been taken from my bank account but as yet, it has not been returned so not only do I not have any lights. I'm also out of pocket!

Fantastic price, free delivery, superfast service!
Crashed bike and crushed lid on Tuesday evening.
Came home , found Global Bike to be both cheap and offering free shipping so ordered new helmet there and then.
Got a tracking number Wednesday and helmet arrived lunchtime Thursday.
What more is there to say.
Perfect.
