Extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I am due to travel to Australia in just two weeks for six months, yet I still have no confirmed job arrangements despite paying the company to help organise this experience.

Communication has been poor, and from the beginning, I have felt that I have continually been asked for more money without sufficient clarity about what I was paying for. This has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of.

As an 18-year-old girl travelling alone, I trusted this company to help make the experience organised and secure. Instead, I have been left feeling anxious, vulnerable and unsupported, with very little reassurance so close to my departure.

I expected professionalism, transparency and clear communication, especially when paying for a service that is supposed to help organise such a major life experience. Unfortunately, my experience so far has fallen far below these expectations.

I hope the company takes responsibility for the way it communicates with and treats its customers, as no one should be left feeling this uncertain just weeks before travelling abroad.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Global Work & Travel. Having a travel concierge made the whole process feel much easier and less overwhelming. They were friendly, helpful and responsive whenever I had questions, and I really appreciated having someone there to guide me through everything.
The support has taken a lot of the stress out of organising my trip, and it’s been reassuring knowing I can reach out when I need help. I’d definitely recommend the service to anyone planning a working holiday or travelling abroad and wanting some extra support along the way.

I talked to a guy called Matt, and he was an absolute legend and very easy to talk to, he ran throw things with me and was able to drop my nerves as well as help me give a very exciting insight towards the future and helped me over come personal questions that I would have had a lot longer without his help, the team is a huge help if anyone else is nervous about travel and work

Kayla was so warm and welcoming, she was incredibly easy to talk to which eased a stresses i had about such a big trip. She was able to answer any questions i had and was so informative about the whole process so i can go into it with full confidence. I am very happy to have her has my trip coordinator!

This company is just a sham and a scam. Do not give them your money you will only be ripped off and let down. They won’t provide you with anything that you wouldn’t be able to select and complete by yourself or with someone who has been overseas before. There won’t be any amazing job opportunities provided or even basic support. Would give them a rating of zero if possible.

Really appreciated the patience and knowledge that was shared! As someone who has no idea what they want to do it was good to chat about it with someone who has heaps of experience.

The call was really informative, the woman I spoke to was amazing really kind and funny, seemed she was really excited for me. Gave me lots of great tips and really helpful information. Really listened to my interest and tailored the trip for me.

Very informative, friendly and reassuring. After a really good phone conversation with Dan, his customer service gave me a lot of confidence in not only my decision but my decision to use Global Work and Travel to support me on this journey. Would highly recommend!!
