I ordered some products, however I needed to return an item. Rio was awesome with handling my return process. He detailed the process and when I folliwed up on my return he responded promptly. GO RIO!!

Rio was really great with handling my shipping issue where my product was returned due to a change of address--but the staff is always attentive and quick to respond if I have a question about anything. More than that, though, are THE PRODUCTS. This is not an exaggeration: Glo Melanin is the best skincare compay that I have found in all of my 47 years. Along with some lifestyle changes, these products have helped my skin look and feel better than it has in decades. And the results were apparent really fast--a couple weeks regular use and I saw the difference. And the subscription program makes it so convenient and cheaper in the long run.

Elyka was very helpful when responding to my email to support regarding an order that never arrived due to being damaged in transit. This was my first order and won't be my last. Customer service is fast and friendly.

What I didn’t like was that I had a shipping issue and UPS was awaiting a response back from the company which left me in limbo with my purchase for two weeks. I reached out via email and that was a dead end on numerous occasions. I tried the chat and the virtual assistant brought some relief and then I spoke with a real person. Elyka came to the rescue and rectified my situation. He or she (not sure of the sex) was very caring and understanding. They felt my frustration and wants and is making my issue right. I hope that this shipping goes smoothly this time around so that I can see what the hype is and enjoy my purchase! Elyka, thanks again for the assist as it means a lot! The product arrived on time. I have only used the product a week now and haven't seen much difference yet. However I am hopeful it will give me a confidence boost. The price was extremely reasonable. After 30 days of use, i will rewrite and update on my process

Be very careful giving this company your Credit Card Information. Without your permission they will charge you monthly charges of $16.04. I had to call my Credit Card Company to stop this charge from occurring monthly. Plus they were not sending additional products just taking money from my account. I do not want any additional products please.
