He had a lot of experience in fixing ovens so I felt assured the repair should last a few years which is good when you have a family to cook for and the oven is used all the time .

Was visited for a dishwasher repair the engineer James was very knowledgeable and able to explain the issue without throwing in tech and jargon. Very polite and professional would recommend

Very pleased with the work done by James to fix our Miele washing machine. Unfortunately he had to come out twice as Miele had sent the wrong parts, poor guy had to travel from Cannock to Leicestershire twice which was a long trek for him.
As regards Glotech, we didn’t have to wait long for appointments and communication was good. Very pleased with the overall service.

I would highly recommend Glotech, and specifically William. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew all about Samsung fridge/freezers! Not only did he explain (and show me) what the fault was and what needed to be replaced, he also provided clear guidance (as well as useful tips). He called 20 minutes before he arrived, which was very helpful. On top of that, the part arrived within a week when it could have taken a month. I called the company to arrange another appointment and they were able to send William back two days later. The same friendly and professional service was given. We now have a working fridge! Fantastic service and I will recommend to friends around Godalming. Thanks!

We contacted Glotech to repair an issue with our Dishwasher. They were prompt in replying and stood by the quoted figure.
The Engineer, William Strudwick, called ahead to confirm he would be at our home in 20 mins and then did a thorough check of the problem. He got it fixed for us and was a pleasure to have working at our home.
An all round very good service from Glotech and William.

From booking a repair to arrival of engineer I was kept informed of time lines. Unfortunately my dishwasher couldn’t be fixed economically but glotech offer a sales and fitting service. New dishwasher ordered and fitting arranged which will be in 3 days time. To say I’m happy with the service is an understatement it was absolutely fantastic . Highly recommend !
