We had our boiler break down phoned vaillant up only took 2 days to fix our boiler engineer came out on time and fixed the problem straight away very good service with them

Prompt service. No charge as simple issue within boiler that caused no risk or safety issue. Just an annoying click. But resolved quickly

Had a Climapro2 RF boiler installed. It seems to work well but is SO noisy, emitting repeated loud buzzing noises, usually in pairs on a regular basis. These can be heard in adjoining rooms.

#604 engineer Paul visited today for warranty work on boiler. Paul is a credit to the company, very professional and great communication. I called yesterday regarding some boiler issues and it was repaired this morning under warranty. Customer service has been amazing.

Had a glow worm compact 24c combi boiler fitted less than 3 years ago. Had nothing but problems with it right from the start. Customer Services was also rubbish the last time it had a fault. My landlord, a gas engineer and myself all read the manual and identified the same fault (which should have come under warranty), but Customer service tried to make out that fault code didn't exist! It's in the manual for that model. Problem was eventually fixed. Now it has developed yet another fault (f28...so something wrong with ignition so won't even fire up! So once again, no heating or hot water for someone who is disabled and has a health condition that is made worse by cold conditions and stress! And during an extreme cold weather warning!). If you are thinking about getting one of these, don't! You would do better to making something similar from a tin can and garden hose and fart into it occasionally.

Called Graham on New Years Eve with Valiant boiler problem, first class response, noticed fault and rectified issue within 15 minutes.
Also carried out service and provided friendly and expert advice.

Boiler broke down, booked appointment for in 2 days time and took out the repair + 6 month cover policy. £428.
Impossible to get hold of a human till the day of the booking when I was told that the appointment would be cancelled as the policy was not setup properly. Despite me having an email confirmation of the appointment and the policy number and documentation for the cover.
Finally having battled through 10 mins of idiot AI chat bot assistant that I had to use as there was no option to speak to someone I spoke to someone who said they had manually sorted the policy.
BUT as our house is 100m down a path from the parking the engineer was unwilling to do the job and we had to cancel.
Wasted 2 days in the cold thinking that a confirmed appointment with my address and postcode meant that someone would visit us.
What the heck is going on - an engineer can't walk 100m? I offered to meet them with a trolley and load their tools into it and push it for them - still not willing to do it.
Pathetic wimp of an engineer and stupid company policy.

Very professional, explained exactly what he was doing and completed the work in good time.

Engineer was on time, polite, professional and very thorough. I am very pleased with the service I received from phoning with the problem through to the problem being rectified.
Will recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough. British Gas had attended on seven occasions over a four week period so I cannot explain how grateful we are to Karl and Tom. They were professional and considerate from the moment they arrived. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why whilst being respectful of the fact that my husband was working from home during their visit. They identified the problem almost immediately, rectified it and then made extensive checks to make sure it was really fixed this time. First time having to call out Glow worm & service was excellent from initial phone call to fitting of parts. Lady on phone was very efficient & explained process well. Brent engineer 620 did fantastic job of quickly ordering part & return visit to get us up & running on Xmas Eve. Well done all!

After one engineer call-out for a fault during the warranty period, I’ve just paid £230 to fix the leaking boiler. It is only a couple of months over the 2 year warranty. I have no confidence that it will last beyond 5 years (if I’m lucky) when I’ll have to replace it. It won’t be with another Glow-Worm. I expected to be “boiler worry” free for at least 5 years after buying a new boiler. I did not expect faults before 2 years old and then repair costs just outside the warranty. It has been serviced annually. 😡

I emailed Glow Worm in response to their comments on 08/01. I’ve had no response. 😡

Stwart 537 was very friendly and professional and fixed my boiler and made me very happy as had no heating or hot water for 4 days.

The engineer arrived on time and quickly fitted a new circuit board. Heating/hot water back on.
I’m delighted 🤗

I have had an absolutely awful time with glow worm, had a brand new boiler fitted, it’s leaked, flooded bedroom and hallway, been without heating or water for 3 days now and they can’t sort it for another 2 days, it’s winter, the house is freezing, we can’t have a shower. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

Karl was fantastic- really cares about solving the problem and ensuring the customer has hot water and heating during these colder months!! His customer service was excellent, thank you so much Karl for solving the problem!!

3 year old boiler started a small leak, it turned out our boiler has a 7 year warranty for both parts and labour.
Engineer 306 (so sorry we have forgotten your name), was very efficient and helpful. All sorted ….perfect

Glow Worm Ultimate 30C Combination boiler issue. DO NOT BUY THIS BOILER! Our 5 year old combi has failed due to a faulty Filling link. This is an integral component of the boiler. Glow Worm refuse to honour the 10 year gaurantee. It is a known issue that costs around £300 to rectify.

Great course, best one I’ve done by far, highly recommended to all Gas Engineers.
