After sales service absolutely…
After sales service absolutely useless.Not interested in coming out to fix a four year old boiler that’s still under warranty . You ring customer service and they lie saying someone rang you and left a voicemail message. Don’t they realise you can see if you have had a missed call !!!. Have rung them 3 times and just get fobbed off with lies.The boiler is rubbish but the after sales service is even worse .Take my advice pay a bit more for a much better product, update after three days of ringing to try to get something done about my broken boiler.Was given another excuse and still no appointment date. Do not use this company!!!!!

Called Alpha regarding a boiler breakdown. They were very quick to respond. Spoke to Thomas Davias. He was very, understanding and empathetic. He explained all my options in detail and sorted out an engineer to come and fix our boiler. Thank you Thomas. You are an asset to Alpha -Innovations.
