Annual service appointment
Annual service was requested and within an hour the engineer had rung to arrange date, Engineer called 30mins before arrival, did a great job and ensured inlet gas pressure was increased to reduce gas usage

The customer service staff are always friendly and helpful. The engineers are respectful, thorough and have always been on time.
Their boilercare plan is really affordable and one of the best choices I’ve made since owning a home!

Since we started using Alpha we’ve found them to be of great help and provide a quick service, whenever we have arranged a service or had an issue.
In particular, James Ross, their engineer, has gone above and be beyond at times to resolve problems and deserves a mention.

Garys visit
Gary our , now regular Engineer, was engaging, informative and helpful. He did his job, to guaranteed perfection.
Unfortunately his admin/ IT systems, that back him up and support him in the field, let him down, well actually failed him.
As he turned up unexpected, because IT /Wifi connectivity did not work.
Maybe a Dongle is needed!!! particularly in North Norfolk and its coastline. We live in Norwich!!??
However we worked round it, to a very satisfied conclusion and result.
