Gary our , now regular Engineer, was engaging, informative and helpful. He did his job, to guaranteed perfection.

Unfortunately his admin/ IT systems, that back him up and support him in the field, let him down, well actually failed him.

As he turned up unexpected, because IT /Wifi connectivity did not work.

Maybe a Dongle is needed!!! particularly in North Norfolk and its coastline. We live in Norwich!!??

However we worked round it, to a very satisfied conclusion and result.

I've been with Alpha Heating for 12 years. Always had excellent service.
Boiler still in very good condition.

I got an insurance from alpha boiler that covers for 2 things
1. 1 breakdown of the boiler
2. A servicing of the boiler (1 within 1 year)

After getting the insurance my boiler breaks at some point
The engineer comes to fix the boiler. I specifically asked the engineer not to service the boiler because i want it to be done at a later point in time. He said okay and he just fixes the boiler.

fast forward 3 months, I call alpha for a servicing, and after waiting for 15 min on the line, the customer agent says it says here on the system that the servicing was done along with the repair.

The engineer said he didnt do the servicing and now the customer agent says the servicing is done and so they cant send an engineer for servicing unless you pay more money.

I mean its just a scam at this point.

Mark Alpha engineer was polite & efficient and left no mess to tidy up as has every Alpha engineer that has serviced my boiler every year since install a reliable trustworthy company to deal with a rarity these days

Came on time and sorted out the problem.

Mark was friendly, professional and carried out his work efficiently.

The whole process was excellent from booking the service to the actual service itself.
Clear communication with a phone call prior to the visit by the engineer to confirm.Excellent company to deal with. One of the best decisions i have made signing up to a Boilercare maint agreement.

Hi had an amazing engineer out today Adey he corrected all the work that consumer energy left.the heating hadn't been working correctly all winter it was leaking and he set it up correctly and even showed me how to use the remote as the previous bodgers never left 1..highly recommend this company

Efficient and friendly service. Engineer arrived prompt at 08:00 and was polite and professional. Clear and concise communication on what he was doing.

As always a very efficient service. The engineer phoned to give advance warning of his arrival so we were able to move things out of the way to give easy access to the boiler. The service was carried out by a very polite engineer and our boiler should continue to function reliably!

Vicky did an excellent job servicing our 13 year old boiler. She provided encouraging feedback on the condition and it appears that it will continue to work for several more years and I think that's due to the annual service and care which Alpha Heating provide. With sincere thanks.

Dan was very accommodating today. We had an issue with accessing the boiler immediately, but he was very patient and all proceeded as planned. We are very appreciative.

they came and did the service

Great Engineer. Dan went above and beyond to service our boiler and carry out a Gas Safety Check. I wasn't at the property and our Hive system which controlled the boiler had ran out of batteries. He used some from his van and got it up and running. Excellent service.

Trying to book my yearly service now 2 months overdue contacted them 4 times , no response back, waiting for the service manager to return the last call, Why cant you book your service directly rather than phone someone they pass on your details and someone is supposed to phone back never happens, but the money still goes out of my bank every month !
Well what a shocker 1 hour after I confirmed my appointment for my boiler to be serviced , I get a text telling me they are cancelling it due to holiday!!!
Meanwhile in that hour I have booked an annual leave that can't be cancelled, absolute rubbish company
