Vicky did an excellent job servicing our 13 year old boiler. She provided encouraging feedback on the condition and it appears that it will continue to work for several more years and I think that's due to the annual service and care which Alpha Heating provide. With sincere thanks.

Great Engineer
Great Engineer. Dan went above and beyond to service our boiler and carry out a Gas Safety Check. I wasn't at the property and our Hive system which controlled the boiler had ran out of batteries. He used some from his van and got it up and running. Excellent service.

Trying to book my yearly service now 2…
Trying to book my yearly service now 2 months overdue contacted them 4 times , no response back, waiting for the service manager to return the last call, Why cant you book your service directly rather than phone someone they pass on your details and someone is supposed to phone back never happens, but the money still goes out of my bank every month !
Well what a shocker 1 hour after I confirmed my appointment for my boiler to be serviced , I get a text telling me they are cancelling it due to holiday!!!
Meanwhile in that hour I have booked an annual leave that can't be cancelled, absolute rubbish company

We are hoping it has had a good service, time will tell. Informative engineer no problem there. If anything it would have been helpful if we had known roughly when he was arriving ie morning or afternoon.

bad custormer service
arranged boiler service stayed in all day waiting,At 4;45 pm i rang firm to be told sorry but they will not be able to get to me today and someone will re book.two months later im sitting here waiting again,just rang to day 1;15 pm for update to be told i will have to wait till 5pm as he may arrive,they would not check with engineer for time scale and put phone down on me
