Your engineer was, as always, very polite and knowledgeable and it's very useful to receive a phone call about half an hour before he's due to arrive. He identified a problem with the boiler and will return to rectify it when the parts are available.

Absolutely appalling service — avoid this company.

I have experienced an astonishing level of incompetence from this company. I had an annual servicing and CP12 plan for my rental property and, despite paying for a service that should be straightforward to arrange, I had to make around 10 phone calls simply to get the first appointment booked.

When it was eventually booked, the appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice due to illness. Fair enough — these things happen, and I was perfectly understanding. However, I then had to chase them yet again to arrange another appointment, requiring a further two phone calls before it was finally booked for the following day. I even received a text confirmation the day before.

So imagine my surprise when I called the following day, after the service was supposed to have taken place, only to be told that the appointment had been cancelled again.

This time, however, nobody had bothered to tell me.

Their explanation was that a message had supposedly been left for the estate agent. The estate agent says no such message was ever received. Regardless of who is telling the truth, the fact remains that I was given no notification whatsoever that the appointment had been cancelled.

What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of accountability. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to rectify the inconvenience they had caused, and no sense that they understood that I had already spent a ridiculous amount of time chasing them. Instead, I was simply offered another appointment for the following week — as though wasting their customer's time repeatedly is perfectly acceptable.

After almost two years of this sort of service, I finally decided enough was enough and cancelled my servicing plan. I explicitly instructed the operator to cancel it. They assured me they would do so, but given the company's track record, I have absolutely no confidence that even this relatively simple instruction will be carried out correctly. I have therefore had to cancel the direct debit myself to make sure I am not charged again.

I also have serious doubts that I will receive a refund for the money I have already paid, but I will be pursuing this through a formal complaint.

A servicing plan is supposed to provide peace of mind and reliable service. Instead, this company has provided repeated cancellations, endless phone calls, poor communication and an astonishing lack of accountability.

I would not recommend this company. If this experience is representative of their normal standard of service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The customer service agents.were very helpful and friendly and despite work pressures helped me plan my repair and service around my other commitments. The gas technician arrived on time was very friendly and repaired the breakdown fault . Despite it being a fault not showing in the boiler display he ordered the part and it was delivered for him to fit in around 20 minutes. He then serviced my boiler and all up and running for another year .

Very polite and informative, as ever-thank you. Carried out the service efficiently and ensured we know what to do in the winter months.
Both Ted and our other assigned engineer are really kind and we are confident with the service given 👌

Annual service was requested and within an hour the engineer had rung to arrange date, Engineer called 30mins before arrival, did a great job and ensured inlet gas pressure was increased to reduce gas usage
