Extortionate Prices
Extortionate prices. Almost £250 for a new washing machine seal around the door. I thought they were local, Go Assist are based in Bournemouth not Torbay! Will never use again or recommend.

Agent was patient and courteous
The agent Chris was very courteous and repeated the terms for me. Hearing was difficult because the background office noise conflicted with my hearing aids.
I would suggest that the background noise needs to be reduced somehow, electronically or acoustically.
