Louie was really helpful and quite understanding of what the issue was with my appliance. Louie was also quite friendly and we did have a little laugh about the situation. Was quite quick at booking a repair for me too. Great customer service with a bit of banter thrown in

Unfortunately from first contact img sale domestics the whole experience has been poor. I thought I was engaging with a local firm to support my community but this is not the case. The work seems to be distributed to others. I really wanted a small local reliable company on whom i could rely . If things improve I’ll let you know.

Overpriced, unreliable and long wait
Overpriced, extensive waiting times for repeat appointments and ordered the wrong parts so the repair couldn’t be completed anyway. To be fair I received a full refund when I pushed for this but still had a faulty appliance having been dealing with go assist for almost 4 weeks. The independent engineer I have engaged doesn’t think I need the part that the go assist engineer suggested and has given advice with a free of charge return if that doesn’t work. I would not recommend go assist.
