Really pleased with the customer service received so far. The call operator was able to locate the model of my dual fuel cooker quickly and the information he provided around repair options was clear and concise. I received confirmation text and email for my booking whilst still on the phone. Looking forward to the engineers visit and hopefully a successful repair.

I just paid £109!for a visit lasting less than five minutes (including the use of my toilet- which I should have charged for!) to be told that my machine can’t be repaired
