Only been a few days conected , so early days. Great having a good conection. Insolatoion was straight forward , staff were pleasant. Can't say anymore than that.

Lee was brilliant advising on packages and switching credit as i am in contract with present company so go fibre pay the termination costs, and 5 month free too.... Canny beat that!!! All went well... Voir plus

We recently upgraded our GoFibre account to the Advance router. The Installation Engineer came to our house to do the install in early June 2026.
We were very pleased with the job. The engineer was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient, despite some teething problems with the router download and initialisation. He was meticulous with his fault finding and, with some telephone assistance from the "office router guys", the installation was a success. This must typify the image that GoFibre wants to give its customers, and we have no hesitation in recommending GoFibre and its excellent products, service and staff.

After several methods to install gofiber optic cable service to my house and three separate journeys with two engineers. The system has been installed and is fully operational

Moving house was made a bit easier with GoFibre, can't fault the service we received. Also no wait when phoning for support which was brilliant!

Whole process went relatively smoothly, preparation fir installation unobtrusive, and personnel courteous and helpful.
When I had questions, support was readily given, and results were good all round.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received today. All issues with my broadband have been resolved including problems getting my printer to connect to the internet which has been a problem for quite some time.
The two engineers, John and Sean were so helpful, pleasant and polite and took time to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you

The worst internet provider i’ve had. Constantly phoning them to try and sort my low speeds and internet disconnecting.This has been going on since i had the FIBRE installed from October last year and issues still going on. I was told there was nothing wrong to then finding out from one of their tech team that there was an issue with the router which was replaced but problems still ongoing. Constantly fobbed off on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager but there’s no managers in the office. No mention of compensation or some discount, i will be taking this further if they do not terminate my contract. I would have gave -5 stars if i could.
