Gold Adam made this such a simple, easy experience. Excellent communication, easy locations from which to choose - mine was about 2 miles from my home. A great way to sell back items which are missing a piece (earrings that have lost a mate), broken, or you no longer care about. The employees are friendly, explain everything, and the money is deposited directly into your bank account. Took less than 20 minutes.
