Gold Adam Avis

I absolutely loved my experience with Ashley, I wasn't expecting much and ended up surprised I had to jump up and down for what I received. Thank you Ashley. This employee knows her stuff and was very kind and super sweet ! I took in a ton of jewelry to look at and the pieces that I actually thought were nothing ended up being actually quite a bit of money I will always use the service and I'm just so happy today can't say enough good things about what I just experienced

My entire experience was exceptional. The transaction was made with ease. I made an appointment and their mobile service met me at a local store’s parking lot in the back. Upon my arrival I met Krystal who immediately greeted me with a warm smile. She sat me down at her work table and I showed her the jewelry that I had. She described the process and explained to me that the prices varied according to whether the gold was 10k, 14k, 18k, etc. Krystal separated each piece according to the Karat of gold and then tested each piece for authenticity. She then weighed the gold in front of me. I was paid more for my gold than a local gold buyer had offered me. I was told that I would receive my funding via direct deposit in about three days. My money arrived in two. I will always recommend this company for their honesty, transparency and their warm and friendly service.

Amazing customer service and communication. Highly recommend

What a lovely gentleman - very personable and will share him with others - Aaron Bechtel - God bless him and keep him safe.

Very professional

I had a wonderful experience with Gold Adam. Krystal was absolutely wonderful—very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the entire process to me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.
The other lady who assisted us was also very friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was just as pleasant to work with.
It was such a positive experience from beginning to end. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism I received from Krystal and her associate. I would definitely recommend Gold Adam to anyone looking to sell their gold andsilver!
My payment from them arrived in a couple of days. I was surprised because it was a holiday weekend.
