I did not get what I paid for. I ordered a 25 passenger party bus and the morning of my event I received a text saying they are upgrading the party bus to a 30 passenger bus complimentary. I called to verify that I would be getting the same look and style inside out and I was assured that I would. That was not the case. The bus looked like it came straight from a junk yard, faded paint, dingy, dirty, and very ugly. Ceiling light did not work. If was a mess. I messaged them and have not gotten any resolution or compensation. I would never recommend them and will be blasting them all over social media. That party bus was unacceptable.

We had the best driver. She was so kind and allowed us to have the best time!!! 200% will be using them again!

we booked them for prom and everything was perfect. They provided drinks such as sodas and allowed us to play our own music. There is also a TV and an electric fireplace in the party bus. This experience overall was extremely pleasant and I’m looking forward to booking again for next year

Company was so responsive and helpful when booking, and throughout the night. Driver was also amazing, very safe and kind! So much fun in the limo, we could connect our own music, and the lights were so fun. Limo was amazing, everything clean and in great shape! Waters provided too. Great service and experience.

While I can't comment on the actual limo ride, I can definitely give you an insight on the company and their customer service from my personal experience.

When I had to order a limo for an event recently, I didn't know where to turn so I read through the reviews and took a chance on Gold Class Limos since they had very high ratings.

When I booked the ride they immediately contacted me to go over the details. Once the details were finalized they sent a contract over that fully explained everything we talked about and had everything in writing exactly as we discussed.

The day before our ride, we went over all the details again to make sure everything was correct so there we be no surprises the following day. This was great because when you have a lot of people counting on a ride, you don't want everyone standing around waiting outside in the cold due to miscommunication from either party.

This extra step of care, in my opinion, is worth using this company alone. It alleviates a lot of stress before the event.

Now, this is where the customer service really excelled for me.

Unfortunately, the day of my ride, I had to cancel due to an emergency. I was very worried about calling customer service and having to deal with the hassle of a cancellation with such late notice. Especially it being the first time I dealt with this company.

Let me just say that Gold Class Limo went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and come to a fair resolution.

I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. Everybody knows customer service is disappearing from this world, but it hasn't with this company.

Usually I don't write such long reviews, but if you are reading this and looking to book a limo, I personally 100 percent recommend Gold Class.

On August 24th, my friends and I booked a party bus for a night out to celebrate a birthday, and let me just say, it was an experience we will never forget! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, making it one of the most memorable nights we've ever had. The booking process was straightforward and smooth. We were able to choose from several bus options that fit our group size and preferences, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful. They answered all of our questions and helped us pick the perfect bus that fit our needs. They even went the extra mile to make sure our special requests, like specific music preferences and decorations, were taken care of. Communication was seamless, and we felt confident that we were in good hands right from the start.

When the party bus pulled up to our meeting spot, we were blown away. The bus was stunning, clean, and decked out with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The exterior was sleek and eye-catching, instantly setting the tone for a high-energy night ahead. Our driver, Mark, was friendly, professional, and dressed to impress. He greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome, helping us feel at ease as we loaded our bags and got ready to board. Stepping inside, the interior of the bus was nothing short of incredible. The seats were plush and comfortable, with plenty of space for our group to spread out and relax. The lighting was vibrant and colorful, setting the perfect mood for a party on wheels. One of the highlights was the sound system.

Will be booking again next year.

We booked a 15 passenger bus for our daughter’s 12th birthday. The party was Aug 17th in north Texas. The day of the party it was 107 outside and they sent a 24 passenger bus that had no AC. We immediately asked the driver about the ac before leaving for the party and was told it kicks on once we are on the highway. It takes 20 mins to get onto the highway so we went ahead and left. Within the first 5 miles, the driver ran a red light and we were almost T Boned. After getting on the highway, the air stopped blowing at all! We had 3 adults and 8 children on the bus - it was miserable! The driver then took a wrong exit and made us late to our party reservation. We had one girl getting dizzy and almost passed out from the heat. The driver apologized and said when he first picked up the bus, he called the company saying he couldn’t take it because it wasn’t running correctly but they said take it anyway. As soon as we were home we emailed the company with our experience. After 3 days had passed, we had not heard anything so we emailed again. A representative called me today saying that since we didn’t text message the day of, they can only offer $100 refund and 20% off our next booking. I let it known that we would not be booking in the future after the experience we had and the lack of customer service. We paid $1000 for what we hoped would be a great experience and instead turned into a harmful experience. We asked for $250 back but since we didn’t text on the day of they refuse. Remind you, we did email the same day! Even if we had text the day of, they couldn’t have sent another bus in time and according to the driver there were no other options.

Gold class Limo made it a wonderful experience. Great communication, easy to book, wonderful driver and clean Limo! I highly recommend.
