Hi Eliot,
We have plenty of ways to win amazing prizes on our website! You just have to be in it to win it.
I can see you placed your first order with us 2 hours ago for a competition which is not due to draw until September 30th so we are 54 days away from finding out who the winner for this comp is.
While we understand it's frustrating not to win, all of our competitions and Instant Win prizes are awarded at random, meaning unfortunately not every entry will be a winning one. The ticket numbers for all instant wins can be viewed clearly on the product pages and your tickets will still be entered into the main draw at the end of the competition, so there is always a chance one of your tickets could be the winning one.
We wish you all the best and if you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@golfcomps.com and our team will be more than happy to help!

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations.
We aim to be completely transparent with every competition we run. Each competition page clearly explains how the competition works with the maximum number of entries, along with the odds of winning, all being displayed and are there with the aim of being transparent for our customers, before any entries are purchased. This allows every customer to make an informed decision before taking part.
We're sorry to hear you thought this wasn't clear during your visit, as transparency is something we place great importance on. We continually review our website and customer journey to ensure this information is as clear and accessible as possible.
If you have anymore feedback for us regarding how we can make this clearer on the website, we would be more than happy to review this if you send an email to hello@golfcomps.com.

A great site that gives you a chance of winning some awesome prizes. I’ve won a few times and guess you need a bit of luck but can assure you that prizes are 100% genuine. Number of tickets sold is clearly displayed so odds of winning completely transparent. Prizes all supplied by Scottsdale Golf
