Charles and George have been extremely helpful today - great couriers, offering a great service. The Gophr team worked quickly to resolve an issue not caused by fault of their own, yet still were happy to support in an efficient way, using their initiative to quickly resolve the issue

Placed order this morning at 10.00 for concrete and Trellis and choose the rapid delivery, it was obviously dearer than the usual £4, but by 12.00 the courier Ali Fuseini arrived and was very friendly and helpful and was happy to place the heavy bags in where needed. Really pleased with the service and highly recommend.
