Excellent company
Excellent company. Ordered from Wickes and it was delivered within 3 hours. The delivery driver Andriy Korunov was very polite and friendly and was more than happy to unload many bags of sand and stones probably weighing over 200kg!

Excellent service. Bang on time and easy to track on the booking site via Wickes. Economical same day delivery within 3 hours of ordering.
Daniel the driver was very helpful in lifting 200 kilos of gravel into my requested spot without any qualms.

Super quick delivery at a reasonable price.
Used Gophr a few times now via Wickes for various materials. Gophr will deliver your items same day for £10, which is great value as next day delivery is £4. So a small uplift to get your items quickly!

Gophr driver reported to the police
I am having to report the driver Mohamed Mansour to the police. He insisted I sign before handing over the items, and when I asked to sign after he actually delivered, he left the delivery on the street FAR FROM MY HOME. He then REFUSED to allow me access to my property while I tried to carry everything myself.
This felt intimidating and unprofessional.
It’s also unreasonable that I’m required to create an account just to contact the company about an issue—especially when I didn’t choose to use their service.
After this experience, I would not feel comfortable ordering from a company that uses Gophr.
