Light and beautiful at 22L , bit small, paid £15 to return case

Bad smell
Bought a Samsonite suitcase, confirmed to be genuine. Was posted and delivered on time, but arrived in packaging smelling like crap. Literally. No visible defects on the suitcase, looks clean and new, so my guess is - it was kept in some warehouse in unsanitary conditions. The smell aired out in an hour or so. Would’ve requested an exchange but needed the suitcase badly for travelling.

To reassure you, all of our products are 100% authentic and come directly from the brands we supply. They are stored in a clean, sanitary warehouse, so we’re unsure why the packaging may have had an unpleasant smell on this occasion - but we’re very sorry that this was your experience.
We’re glad the suitcase itself was in good condition, but we do want you to know that we always offer exchanges or refunds if anything isn’t quite right. It’s a shame the timing of your trip meant we couldn’t arrange this for you.

Excellent service, slightly inaccurate colour description.
Excellent service. Very speedy.
My only qualm was that I felt the colour of the bag wasn’t an accurate description. It’s described as stone grey but it is more like a heather grey as it has a slight perished tinge which I wasn’t particularly keen on. Otherwise, it’s very good quality and I’m very happy with the product.
