The service we received was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The time taken in making up samples of curtain headers to ensure we received the look we wanted would work with the fabric we’d chosen was appreciated. The curtains were beautifully made and the seamstress even came to our home to fully understand our needs. They were able to supply the types of modern but classic looking poles from the Bradley collection which we were so impressed with we used in another room. They also altered some of our existing curtains and redesigned the way they hung which resulted in a more spacious feel to our room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gordan Smiths to anyone no matter the type of window coverings (we had a blind made and fitted by them too)Wonderful!

Brilliant website, so much choice and advice, easy to order through and use. You can call and speak to a real person who is very knowledgeable. A lovely friendly family firm, rare in these current times. Have ordered many times from them, blinds, curtains and cushions. I can highly recommend this company. I cannot rate this professional business highly enough. I have just taken delivery of the final curtains /blinds in a total refurbishment.
From the start Robert has been meticulous in his measurements and advice. This man knows his craft! Clearly as a family firm the skills have been inherited by the generations. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have made several visits to measure, advise and finally hang both curtains and blinds.
This is one of those rare family companies still holding traditional values. The emphasis has been on quality of workmanship and value without compromising the end result. Expert pattern matching and clever ability to make the most economical use of expensive fabric. (Thank you Jo and Colleagues in the work room!)
