About 2 years ago I brought some roman blinds for my bedroom, they were really good quality and I was really pleased with them. Unfortunately, this week the mechanism jammed and I was unable to close the blind properly. I phoned and was surprised that not only did they come and collect the blind (I live locally) but it was mended and returned to me the next day. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, not only were they easy to deal with during the initial order but they certainly value their customers to provide such an amazing service. Thank you!

I had been looking for a particular William Morris pattern for a bedding set which had been unavailable for a very long time. Periodically I searched via Google in the hope it would be made available again and when Gordon Smith had the opportunity to preorder I jumped at the chance.
