Great. Very good price,communication and speedy delivery
I purchased a very expensive fabric online from this company as it was at a good price. It was a very easy transaction and the company kept me well informed about delivery. Fabric was wrapped on a roll (so no creases) and very well packaged. It arrived very quickly.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service so easy to order and quick to arrive. And wide range if fabrics. We bought material from local shop and found out we did not have enough for what we wanted to do, shop could not top up our order. We shopped around unsuccessfully, until we found Gordon Smith online. Who helped us no end. Guess who our fabric go to place will be from now on ?????? G.S.

I was really glad to get such good…
I was really glad to get such good service at the shop to help me decide what fabric I wanted. Most shops aren't interested. Made my choice & the price was better than my local stockist & so I went back to Gordon Smith for that reason too.

Very professional service, listened to the customer and was accommodating, good quality material, fairly priced, beautifully presented I mean the material was stunningly wrapped.When I need material again I wouldn't consider looking elsewhere.

Ordered a Morris & Co bedding set (duvet cover and 2 oxford pillowcases) in 'Wandle' design. I specifically wanted this particular design, but nowhere else had any pillowcases in stock. Item very reasonably priced, delivered in good timescale and arrived in perfect condition.
Excellent service and can only highly recommend this company.

Excellent service
Lovely made to measure curtains and brilliant service from start to finish. Received very quick and helpful replies to my initial email enquiries from Matt. Curtains were completed on time and were all ready to put up, including curtain hooks already in place! I would be very happy to use Gordon Smith again - it’s a level of service you don’t get very often these days!

Phenomenal service- beautifully hand made curtains…
This is the type of shop that deserves loyal customers due to the exceptional service they give.
The fabrics are beautiful and my curtains were just phenomenal. I was telephoned on the day they predicted and my packages were ready on the dot, I even had assistance to the car by one of the courteous staff members.
