Bought the AW-3D80P filament drying cabinet and it showed up in short order and was well packaged and no damage. I would do it again and I just might!

On time, as described, no hassle.
I have been so pleased with the STATPRO dry boxes offered by PAC. They are the only ones that carry these boxes by STATPRO. The boxes always arrive well packaged and fast. I have ordered 3 and so far all 3 work as expected. I had to email PAC once for an order mix up and they replied right away. I ordered the 3rd by accident (purchasing jumped the gun), but we ended up keeping it because of the good experience with the first two and we will use it on our upcoming job. Please don't drop the STATPRO line.

Love being a PAC customer
Love being a PAC customer! Craig and AJ are really great to work with. On multiple occasions they've been able to fulfill requests for hard-to-find parts and everything ordered is always packaged and shipped carefully. They clearly take what they do seriously no matter the size of the order and are very good about making you feel like a valued customer. I also appreciate their quick and thorough system of communication. The updates they automatically send out if/when there's a change with ship dates are very helpful - not every supplier does that. Only good things to say all around on their customer service and extensive inventory options!

Awful company
Non-responsive customer service. Shipping was delayed for a month after I already received a shipping estimate of next day. Will never order again.

We apologize for your experience; we know that shipping delays are frustrating for everyone involved. After investigation, we found there was a manufacturing delay with one of our suppliers that we were not made aware of, in addition to the shipping delays due to holiday closures. A notification was sent to you by our customer service team on 12/20 about the updated ship date, and we were actually able to ship 13 days earlier than expected. Nevertheless, we strive to do better, and thank you for your feedback.

Good product, very nicely package for shipping. Got here efficiently, add a superior product than what you might find on Amazon these days.

Shoe Covers for use in a Cleanroom
The purchase itself went smoothly. I ordered 3 different sizes of show covers for a cleanroom. I ordered 2 boxes of each type of shoe cover. One item had to be backordered, which was clearly stated in the invoice I received by e-mail. I do wish to mention one problem with my order. The boxes I received were not clearly labeled so I don't know what size shoe cover is in each box. In addition, when I opened up the 5 boxes I received with my order, the bags of shoe covers within the box do not identify the size of the shoe covers. I found this situation problematic. I consider labeling product very important in my end of the business. Please consider a better way of sending out orders to your customers.
