We apologize that your order was a bit delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday. We were closed Thursday 11/23 and Friday 11/24 but promptly shipped your order when we returned on Monday 11/27.

Great Supplier, Highly Recommend
I love working with PAC. Andres is always very responsive and works hard to support my needs by connecting me to manufacturers to find the best solution to the problem I'm facing. PAC and Andres are also almost always able to get me great pricing on what I'm looking for and are straightforward and honest with me when they are not able to (but this has only happened once!). PAC continues to be my first stop for any equipment needs.

I was a bit worried about shipment damage when I ordered this, but it came in a beautiful crate surrounding a substantial double layer, well packaged box. The unit works well, and meets or exceeds all of my expectations. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Billing issues & lack of integrety
Two things primarily. We were getting charges against the CC we provided for a multi-part order 6 months after the final receipt of the products. We couldn't correlate charges with deliveries. Were we getting scammed at that point?
The second was product demos of ESD power screwdrivers. On two occasions, sales were to visit us with the manufacturers rep. Never showed.

Unacceptable expiration date.
Your company supplied me with CPPS-911 that had an expiration date 40% left. When I notified your customer service, they stated that was acceptable, not to me. I will not be purchasing from your company again.
You as a Company have a vivid imagination if you want me to return a product, with a 40% shelf life remaining, and pay a 25% restocking fee.

Our return policy is stated on our website, if the product is unopened we will accept the return for a 25% stock fee, as the product is still safe and effective to use. Customer Service above and beyond.
Erwin Diaz, in customer service, helped me with tracking information. He checked on my order status, and best of all, I emailed him that one of my jackets was defective. He ask for a picture and once received they overnight one for me to replace. He went above and beyond!
