Spoke to a rep before placing my order to ask a few product questions and get an expectation for shipping, really helpful. They reached out to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent order, which I appreciate, and then exceeded expectations getting it to me. Overall great experience.

I ordered cleanroom frocks and lab coats for my team, complete with company logo and each person's name embroidered. Delays and errors were the theme throughout. Initial communication began on August 31, 2021. Cleanroom frocks didn't arrive until late December 2021 after proof approval kept getting repeated unnecessarily. Lab coats arrived in March 2022 but comically had the same person's name on all the lab coats (instead of 7 different names). New ones arrived in April 2022 but the font for the individual names were too small. At this point, since the names were correct I didn't bother to complain. But then I received an invoice on August 18, 2022 (almost a year after initial contact!) indicating that my company wasn't billed for the embroidery, so we were billed that amount -- even though it wasn't exactly what we wanted. I realize PAC works with various vendors and can't always anticipate delays or mistakes, but they should be accountable for the vendor actions. I wasn't offered any discounts or refunds for the schedule slipping and errors, but was instead charged for embroidery over 4 months after final delivery of substandard product.

Products shipped on time. Great customer service! Will be ordering again!

Tried to order 25 ESD mats for a $400 order. Noticed a "$67 additional fee" charge added to the order with no explanation. In addition to the shipping cost.

No way to email anyone because all they give you is a list of 25 reps.

We purchased 5 pieces of StatPro SP2101
Low Profile Common Point Mat/Wrist Strap Ground Cord with 10mm Male Stud, 3 Meters

Of the 5 pieces, 3 units were defective and were non-continuous electrically from one of the two wrist strap ports to ground as tested with a multimeter. This could endanger sensitive electronic hardware if it was not detected by ohm-ing out both ports to the ground ring. Buyer beware and make sure to test!

They sent my orders in parts, I don't received all my items. I sent a lot of messages with the invoices like proofs at the end theu just sent a few items saying that they already sent my complete order missing 17 items.

We ordered 2 carts for the warehouse.
My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the delivery was delayed for over a month.
However, the product itself is great and works exactly as advertised.

The product arrived intact and functional. Seems to work good but I've only had the dry cabinet for about 10 days. Ask me again next year!

I recently ordered a large (8' x 3') work table for a manufacturing inspection area.
The product is absolutely awesome, and is very, very solid (and heavy in a good way).
The ordering experience was easy on the website, and I received notifications to let me know when it shipped and tracking numbers as well.
I will definitely use PAC again as our business grows.
I'm adding one more comment here: no way would I be able to find a work table this large, this solid, and this well built here in my local city "big box" stores. There might be some of those business catalog sources with something similar, but not for the great PAC price and perhaps of more questionable quality. If you want something that can handle the punishment of a manufacturing environment, get a PAC worktable and you'll thank yourself later.

Filament cabinet works exactly as promised. I have it chock full of PLA, ABS, AASA, TPU filament spools and the humidity is running 10%-13% after several days operation.

Order arrived incomplete.
