Awful awful awful!!! Do not trust this company. Do not give them your info or money. Stay away from their fraudulent passport service, which is not. They will try to manipulate and gaslight you. Beware. Much better companies out there for same.

I recently booked a Marriott stay through GovX for July 2025. Within minutes of booking, I realized I had selected the wrong city. Despite calling immediately and the stay being six months away, GovX was completely unwilling to assist. While I understand I checked a "non-refundable" box, their "matter-of-fact" refusal to help with a mistake caught in real-time was disappointing. Furthermore, they refused to disclose which third-party provider they used or provide a hotel-specific confirmation number, making it impossible for me to coordinate with Marriott directly (where I hold Gold Status). I took responsibility for my mistake, but other platforms like Expedia or booking directly offer far more grace and transparency. I won't be using GovX for travel again.

As I checked out I was happy to see & apply the ACTFAST10 discount for $10 off my order. The positive experience immediately ended there. Once I began to checkout and saw it was $140 for my order I entered my credit card info and confirmed payment. IN A FLASH I noticed the price jumped to $150!?!?! I noticed at the confirmation page AFTER I tapped on confirm payment you snuck in TAXES & A SHIPPING FEE.
In my opinion that is shady Misleading and borderline unethical. I saw a price confirmed my pay.ent AND THEN You Sneak in extra charges. Its ironic that this type of unethical and sneaky backstabbing behavior is done by a Military Veterans website. Everything that our oath goes AGAINST. But is consistent on how we are always treated and F'ed by our government the people the VA and now your website that is taking advantage of our dedication to service.

I was able to get a discount on a premium product and before that purchase was made, GOVX game me an additional $15 off my purchase. Totally awesome!!!

Buying Ray-Bans from GOVX.com felt less like online shopping and more like being read into a program that definitely doesn’t have a public FAQ. I entered my APO OCONUS address, the screen blinked once, and somewhere a clipboard nodded in approval. No follow-up questions. No hesitation. Pure institutional confidence.

Checkout was fast and eerily professional. GOVX clearly understands that some deliveries are destined for places identified only by acronyms, rumors, and a locked door with a hand-written sign taped to it.

The delivery phase was where things truly went dark. I’m not saying the package was delivered under the concealment of a smoke grenade. I’m just saying visibility dropped, the air tasted tactical, and by the time my situational awareness recalibrated, my package existed.

I didn’t find it on a porch. I retrieved it from a clandestine NAVSUP pick-up location, the kind of place where nobody makes eye contact and every box looks like it could contain anything from toner cartridges to national secrets. The package itself was aggressively unremarkable. No branding. No hints. If you shook it, it probably sounded like compliance.

Inside, however, were pristine Ray-Bans, untouched by bureaucracy or sunlight. The moment I put them on, my reflection looked like it had been promoted. These aren’t just sunglasses. They’re a force multiplier.

Bottom line: GOVX flawlessly executed the discreet delivery of Ray-Bans through the logistical labyrinth, culminating in a NAVSUP handoff that preserved both operational security and drip integrity. Five stars. Would trust again for future optical assets. 😎💨📦
