Booked a hotel through them, car broke down called the next day to cancel the rooms. They said it was non-refundable and but it also said if I cancel before the arrival date I could get my money back.
I’m really pissed off more because I booked it for a funeral. So I didn’t so I’m out of $448 and I didn’t see my loved one laid to rest.
DONT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM WITH THEM. THEY HAVE THE SAME PRICES AS PRICELINE JIST GO THROUGH THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE FULL OF SHIT.

After an initially difficult customer service experience, the GovX team got involved and was able to resolve the issue. I’m grateful for the active role they took in fixing the problem and the effort they put in to support my order.

Terrible experience just trying to verify my military status and makes me want nothing to do with the site. The verification process is buggy and unintuitive. It takes multiple days to receive a response from support, and even longer to even try to get verified.

Although it hasn't shipped yet, so we will see how that goes. The actual ordering process was super easy! & quick! I live in Oregon and hope it will arrive before Christmas eve? May be a little too late? Thank you again.

My bad. Moved but my address never changed in GovX. Item sent to wrong address. GovX advised to have usps intercept. That would cost more than item. So, yes my fault, but don’t expect GovX to ever help when simple mistakes can readily be corrected. Took GovX 3 days to reply, and I inquired seconds after purchase.
