Larry was are driver and he was kind. I forgot to turn off the wifi-calling but he persevered to make sure he got in touch with for pickup. His professionalism was unmatched.

This was the first time that I used this company for a cruise transfer. I was extremely nervous however everything went 100% smooth. The driver was safe contacted us was early for pick up because we told them we were ready both times for both trips we had booked very professional. The vehicle seemed well maintained. We’re extremely satisfied as a group of six passengers with eight pieces of luggage.

Daniel was excellent. We were exhausted after flying overnight from Alaska to Ft. Lauderdale. So nice to have a nice young man waiting for us in the baggage claim area. We have used this company in the past and will use them again in the future. Quality service.

I reserved a shuttle to take my partner and I to the airport about 1 and a half hours away from where we were staying. The shuttle recommended we reserve the shuttle for four hours in advance or when our flight left. We did so. We reserved the shuttle 2 days in advance.
The shuttle was 1 hour and 20 minutes late to pick us up. They called close to the time they were supposed to arrive and let us know that they would be an hour late. After an hour, they said it would be another 20 minutes.
When the shuttle arrived, there were many excuses.
1) The address we gave them was incorrect. The address we provided was the exact address we were provided, and we found it, in the dark, with no difficulties. We had also never been to this area before.
2) They blamed the previous customer for being late/not showing up.
3) They blamed traffic.
4) And finally, they blamed US for reserving the shuttle too close to our flight. They brought this up multiple times during the hour and a half drive.
We arrived at the airport 10 minutes after our boarding was supposed to start, which led to us also being scolded at the baggage counter for arriving so late.
We would have completely missed our flight if it had not been delayed. The shuttle drivers were dismissive of our concerns, and then blamed us when it looked like there wouldn't be enough time. It was an extremely stressful situation, and a damper on the trip. This shuttle service is unreliable, and will not guarantee that you arrive where you need to be at the appropriate time. If there are other options, take them instead.

Go Airport Shuttles' online reservation system is easy to use allows you to create your departure and return reservations and the drivers assigned reach out to you to let you know when they will arrive. It is easy to inform the company if you are delayed and the drivers are also monitoring your flight status. Great company you won't go wrong using this company.

Overall I received great service, communication, very helpful, punctual and professional driver.

Our driver Sam was great. He was at the port when we got off the ship and navigated through the horrendous Miami traffic to get us to the airport with plenty of time for our flight.

One suggestion for your reservation process. Include a place to enter ship name when picking up at port. My phone was on airplane mode and I didn’t get the many emails and text messages asking for the ship name or terminal until I was off the ship. Luckily, Sam was in the area and was able to get to our pick up spot within a couple of minutes

Driver was on time and was very patient with the traffic at the Miami Cruise Port which was just awful. In the end we made it safely!

Overall, my experience with GO Airport Shuttle was decent. The driver was polite and the ride itself was comfortable. Booking was straightforward, and the confirmation details were clear, which I appreciated.

That said, pickup ran a bit later than scheduled, which added some stress since I was heading to the airport. It wasn’t a major issue, but timing is important when traveling. I’d consider using them again, just with a little extra buffer time.

Driver was communicative, on time, friendly and overall, did a terrific job!

Efficient service with good communication.

We booked a private van for 6 people plus luggage from the Port of Miami to Miami Airport. Driver sent a text with instructions and communications were clear and concise. We ended getting off the ship earlier than anticipated but this wasn’t an issue since the driver was already in the area. We walked out of the terminal and straight to the waiting van. Driver was very courteous and helpful. Couldn’t have gone smoother, we’ll definitely use this service again when flying/cruising from Miami

Our driver, Zak, was in constant contact, via text messages, with us during our flight from Texas to Florida! Our flight had delays but he followed us all the way to baggage claim where he greeted us with much kindness. Our arrival was after midnight and his concern for our safety with hotel checkin and our room met our satisfaction before he left us was "beyond the call of duty". We will definitely use their services on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale! Hopefully, Zac will be our driver because we will ask for him specifically! He is an honorable man and represents the company very well. We're 100% pleased with that.

Communication was better than expected.
Only thing I would recommend would be more details inspections of working seat belts and vehicle maintenance.
