They did not stick to the agreed pick up time, we ensured we rushed out got our bags and called them before 16 30,told to wait, then disconnected call with the driver, at 1700 called again and then got connected to a driver who said he is waiting at another terminal, so decided to cancel as they could not tell us how long more to wait after a 20hour flight. The taxi company said they have not charged as we have not used the service yet so i can request a refund. I Emailed customer service and marketing
with no response at all 6 days later.

Driver was on time and knew exactly how to get us to the port....WONDERFUL

Mohamed called to tell us where to meet him at the very busy Miami Port and picked us up early which worked out perfectly! He got us safely to the Ft Lauderdale airport and was the perfect end to our family vacation. We have nothing but positive feedback for GO Shuttle and will definitely use the company’s drivers in any future trips to the US! Thank you for making our vacation transportation seamless!

Our experience on pick up from the airport to the hotel was 5 stars.
We were a group of 8 and they wanted to pick us up 2 hours before our flight back home from Puerto Rico. After spending days in Puerto Rico we learned that nothing moves quickly there and wanted to have more time to get bags checked and through security. I called multiple times over 2 days and they were unable to reach anyone at the puerto Rico office. We ended up cancelling and took Ubers, would not use again.

Driver was on time, didn’t really talk much to us, drove fine. However; the vehicle was not up to par on safety. The seatbelts did not work properly and were taped together so you could buckle them. I wish I would have taken pictures. The actual part you buckle into was duct tapped on more than one seatbelt. They 100% should be replaced.

Our driver needed to wait over an hour for our party due to our flight delay. Very much appreciated

Driver was patient when we were unable to communicate by cell phone.

I paid extra for meet and greet and driver never showed up even our flight was 30 mins delayed.
I called him he didn’t pick up the phone. I had to call dispatch to get a hold
He made us wait for over 30 mins. When he came he said said there was an accident. I asked him why he didn’t text or call me and he never responded back.

Very reliable and professional service. Our cruise line changed the terminal with little notice. I was able to relay the information to the driver through the dispatch and also directly. We were able to find each other without difficulty in the chaos of the Miami cruise terminal. Would definitely use again.

The van was in poor condition and they did not provide the requested baby car seat after calling and verifying the morning off. Our pick up time was 8pm.

Our return flight was delayed and our driver continued to wait for us. Which is why I reserve a car with you everytime I travel.
